SmithSon Law - A unique and innovative business

SmithSon Law Ltd is the first law firm owned by a claims outsourcing company to be awarded a licence by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to provide regulated legal services. Parent company DDC has been managing motor insurance claims on behalf of corporate and individual clients for over 15 years. Vamco’s management skills are a perfect fit with the litigation expertise of SmithSon Law. Our new SmithSon Law business is a powerful new entrant in the competitive claims management market.

Delivering value for money and revenue enhancing solutions

The skills profiles of Vamco and SmithSon Law together ensure that process costs remain consistent with work undertaken. At the same time, we work hard to generate additional income from existing and new business sources for our business partners.

Flexible and adaptive business models

The rapidly changing regulatory framework of today’s legal environment demands new and flexible client solutions. SmithSon Law has the critical mass to accommodate these changes, and the flexibility to remain “ahead of the curve”.

Changes to the law...

SmithSon Law Ltd is one of the first fully integrated claimant law firms to be granted a licence to operate as an Alternative Business Structures (ABS). We now offer an unrivalled level of expertise across every aspect of road traffic and other types of claim.
