Nicola Bould who ia a Member of the College of Personal Injury Law, joins her in the Department. Both are members of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel. The team is completed by Bobby Walia who joined us in April 2007.
We have experience of a full range of Personal Injury matters from disasters and Inquiries to individual injury claims, acting on behalf of claimants. We have undertaken many environmental cases from carbon monoxide poisoning to asbestosis cases and have particular expertise in railway accidents. We act for clients injured in workplace accidents and in road traffic accidents. We have a long standing reputation for obtaining the best possible result for our clients. We have other lawyers in the firm who can advise you on welfare benefits, and community care to ensure the best support for you after an accident.
We were the leading firm on the Steering Committees representing the victims of the Paddington and Southall train crashes and continue to deal with a large number of the victims' claims. We are also assisting victims of the Potters Bar rail crash.
We can take cases on a conditional fee basis, subject to an insurance premium, and we are members of all the major insurance schemes.
