The Head of the Personal Injury Department is Louise Christian, a Senior Fellow of the College of Personal Injury Solicitors, an award currently only bestowed upon a small number of solicitors nationwide and a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel. Bobby Walia is a Senior Litigator of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and Fiona McNelis is also a member of APIL. We have experience of a full range of Personal Injury matters from disasters and Inquiries to individual injury claims, acting on behalf of claimants. We have undertaken many environmental cases from carbon monoxide poisoning to asbestosis cases and have particular expertise in railway accidents. We act for clients injured in workplace accidents and in road traffic accidents. We have a long standing reputation for obtaining the best possible result for our clients and have obtained hundreds of thousands of pounds for claimants.

We were the lead firm on the Steering Committees representing the victims of the Paddington and Southall train crashes and are now acting for victims of the Potters Bar and Grayrigg rail crashes. We are also acting for the victims of the Battersea crane collapse and Lakanal House Fire in Camberwell.

We can take cases on a conditional fee basis, subject to an insurance premium, and we are members of all the major insurance schemes.
